Qualifications

• Licensed as a pharmacist in Georgia.
• MTM certification preferred.
• 1 year of community (retail) pharmacy experience required.
• PGY-1 residency with ambulatory or community focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients with poor medication adherence.
• Contact patients and navigate barriers to improve adherence.
• Complete MTM and document MTM activities.
• Oversee prior authorizations and Medication Access Coordinators.
• Other duties as assigned.
