Job summary

Dr Julian Medical Group is seeking a highly experienced Specialist Nurse Prescriber to deliver online ADHD assessments, reports and treatment under GMC supervision. The role supports NHS referrals and private patients, with remote and flexible working arrangements.

Candidates should have 5+ years post-qualification, NMC registration, and prescribing qualifications. UKAAN ADHD training and DIVA-5 competency are required, with strong report-writing skills and MDT collaboration.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and prescribing qualification required.
• UKAAN ADHD training and DIVA-5 competency mandatory.
• 5+ years post-qualification with ADHD assessment/treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-hour online ADHD Pre Screen Consultations.
• Deliver online ADHD assessments to NHS Gold Standard.
• Complete assessment and diagnostic reports within 1 week.
• Provide ADHD treatment and aftercare, including titration follow-ups.
• Under supervision, issue prescriptions, medication reviews, and repeats.
• Signpost to relevant health services.
• Provide consultative advice to healthcare professionals.
• Attend clinical supervision with Consultant Psychiatrist.
• Commit to a minimum of 5 hours/week.

Job Overview

Deliver highly specialised ADHD assessments, reports, diagnoses, treatment, and aftercare under the supervision of a GMC-registered Psychiatrist. Patients may be privately funded or NHS referrals.

• Adult & Child Safeguarding Level 3
• Experience with neurodiverse patients
• Ability to advise patients and professionals
• Strong report-writing skills
• Online assessment/treatment experience
• MDT working experience
• 5+ years post-qualification

Desirable:

• Experience with children/young people
• Safeguarding Level 4
• Experience delivering supervision
