The Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Administrator of Family Bridges is responsible for administration and oversight of two Adult Day Health Care Centers. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the quality of services provided; compliance with state regulations and funding requirements; the maintenance of consistent attendance and enrollment for the centers; and the overall supervision and guidance of staff in the centers. Collaborate with executives to assess the program’s viability, value proposition for improvement, and growth potential, to align with the organization’s mission.
Work is performed in offices, community, and program-site environments. This position requires occasional travel between nearby Family Bridges locations within a few blocks of one another.
