Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ADF (Azure Data Factory) Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions on the Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and other Azure services.
• Develop end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead architectural decisions and provide technical leadership for data engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to translate requirements into scalable data architectures.
• Optimize and enhance ETL/ELT processes, ensuring efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Define best practices for data governance, data security, and access control within Azure environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration solutions, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure data services and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with expertise in Azure Data Factory.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT development, data modeling, and cloud-based data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or PowerShell for data transformation and automation.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data security, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and governance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-based data processing and analytics.
