FlightSafety International is offering a paid Additive Manufacturing Intern position in Urbana, IL. The 10-week program runs from June 1, 2027 to August 4, 2027, with 40 hours per week.

Interns will support onboarding, testing, validation, and implementation of new metal additive equipment, and help develop updated workflows, design criteria and documentation as equipment comes online. Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Bachelors or Masters). Major in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science; Control Systems; Industrial Design preferred.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of application must be shown on resume.

Responsibilities
