Job summary

You will work with Design Engineering and Prototype teams to optimize processes, develop rapid tooling, inspect parts, and ensure manufacturability while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in additive manufacturing or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in electronic or electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize print files, select materials and parameters.
• Develop post-processing workflows.
• Improve paint preparation and application techniques for cosmetic quality.
• Create and update manufacturing work instructions to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and improve machine utilization.
• Support equipment qualification and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate prototype builds with Design Engineering and Prototype teams.
• Design, fabricate, and validate rapid tooling for prototype manufacturing.
• Inspect parts for defects and dimensional conformance.
• Maintain safety and documentation compliance.
