Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience with additive manufacturing of metallic materials.
• Proficient with DfAM fundamentals.
• Experience modeling in Siemens NX or SolidWorks.
• Experience programming CAM in Siemens NX or MasterCam.

Responsibilities

• Develop printing parameters for various metallic alloys using DED, Hybrid, and other methods.
• Create and improve print programs; support day-to-day AM operations.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to realize DfAM concepts.
• Communicate design and process decisions clearly to engineers and leadership.
