Mainspring Recovery seeks a dedicated Therapist to support clients 18+ navigating recovery. The role emphasizes counseling across residential and outpatient levels within a structured, supportive team.

The ideal candidate has a background in substance use disorder treatment, strong counseling skills, and a passion for helping individuals and families rebuild lives. This full-time, on-site position offers stable hours and collaborative supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in addictions counseling, social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in human services, SUD treatment, or related setting.
• Experience using EMR systems for clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with 12-step recovery programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake assessments following pre-assessment.
• Develop individualized service and treatment plans.
• Present clients in treatment team meetings.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients.
• Facilitate didactic lectures, client groups, and other therapeutic activities.
• Maintain documentation for accreditation standards, state licensing, and billing.
