Job summary

Centerstone in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a licensed Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy across outpatient and telehealth settings. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in a behavioral health field and state licensure; experience with assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, MFT) from an accredited program.
• Current professional licensure in the state of practice (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent).
• Experience with comprehensive clinical assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, couples, and other therapy services.
• Conduct intake, assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions across outpatient, community, school-based, and telehealth settings.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision and training.
