Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a dedicated Therapist in Indianapolis, IN to provide individual, group, and family therapies. The role involves assessments, diagnoses, and developing treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team to support client goals and well-being.

Experience with behavioral health and substance use treatment is preferred, with telehealth options available where appropriate. Licensed clinicians (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and other therapeutic counseling services.
• Conduct intake screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions including trauma-informed care.
• Document clinical services per state, accreditation, and agency standards.
• Coordinate with treatment teams and community referrals; support discharge planning.
