Ethan’s Crossing in Indianapolis is hiring Substance Use Disorder clinicians (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCDC) to provide evidence-based care for addiction and co-occurring disorders. The role emphasizes treatment beyond therapy, with a focus on environment, connection, and continuity of care.

You will deliver evidence-based SUD treatment, conduct individual and group therapy, use trauma-informed approaches, and participate in interdisciplinary planning while ensuring HIPAA/Medicaid compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Counseling with active LSW and group therapy experience
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Current, unencumbered IN clinical license
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Deliver Evidence-Based SUD Treatment
• Facilitate individual and group therapy addressing substance use disorders, relapse prevention, recovery skills, and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Provide family counseling and education to support sustained recovery
• Ensure Continuity of Care
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners
• Support discharge planning and long-term recovery outcomes
• Maintain Clinical & Regulatory Excellence
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards
• Complete timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation

Education
