Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services at the Shelbyville and Lewisburg clinics. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology, MH counseling, social work, or MFT is required.
• License-eligible in the respective discipline is preferred.
• Clinical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic rapport with clients and meet with clients as scheduled.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and address risk, including substance use risk.
• Complete documentation within 24 hours of sessions.
• Provide individual therapy and possibly family therapy for substance use cases.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Deliver empirically based interventions for mental health or substance use disorders.
