Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a compassionate Therapist in Indianapolis to provide individual, group, and family therapy, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans to support clients with mental health or substance use challenges. You will join an interdisciplinary team and deliver evidence-based interventions with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field required.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent licensure required.
• Experience with mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and other therapeutic counseling services in various settings.
• Conduct intake screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations within required timelines.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions including trauma-informed and co-occurring treatment services.
• Document all clinical services in accordance with state, accreditation, and agency standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and referral sources to support continuity of care.
