• License preferred: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP (or under supervision).

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes after pre-assessment.
• Develop individualized service and treatment plans.
• Present clients in treatment team meetings.
• Conduct individual counseling sessions.
• Facilitate didactic lectures, client groups, and other activities.
• Maintain contact with care team.
• Support discharge planning and referrals.
• Document to accreditation and licensing standards in a timely manner.
