Compensation :
The pay range for this position is $28.00-34.50 hourly, set in good faith based on the responsibilities of the role, qualifications, and market conditions.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor or Counselor Supervisee to join our residential treatment team. This role is centered on the core of residential programming - group facilitation and recovery-focused engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about substance use disorder treatment, thrives in a group-based therapeutic environment, and values consistent presence with clients in early recovery.
In this role, you will primarilyfacilitateclinical and psychoeducational groups, conduct recovery-oriented one-on-one sessions, and complete intake assessments. You will support adults ages 18+ as they build insight, skills, accountability, and connection during residential treatment, while collaborating closely with the broader clinical and case management teams.
Minimum Qualifications
