Acceptable degrees include Social Work, Psychology, Addiction, Counseling, Human Services, Criminal Justice, etc.

Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of clients per program requirements and state regulations.
Complete evaluations and assessments including intake, ASAM and biopsychosocial histories.
Develop individual treatment plans upon client admission.
Document all clinical services in the EHR and complete monthly treatment reports.
Maintain accurate EHRs and ensure timely task completion (within 24–72 hours).
Conduct individual and group sessions based on treatment plans.
Coordinate with funding sources to inform treatment and length of stay.
Develop discharge/continuing care plans and connect to resources.
