Rochester Regional Health's Chemical Dependency department seeks an Addiction Therapist Supervisor to oversee Addiction Therapists, uphold ethical standards, and support program development. The position requires a MS degree and licensure in CASAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT, with at least three years of related clinical experience.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
The Addiction Therapist Supervisor provides supervision to Addiction Therapists. The domain of clinical supervision includes counselor development, professional and ethical standards, program development and quality assurance and performance evaluation. The supervisor will maintain a client caseload size relative to job responsibilities. Monitors and ensures quality of clinical services.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required in Counseling, Creative Arts Therapy, Education, Marriage & Family Therapy, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Social Work or the alike in a Human Service field.
Minimum of three years of clinical experience in chemical dependency or behavioral health, which can include internship
Advanced CASAC, Master CASAC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
MS (Required)
