Job summary

Northern Path Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow referrals and expand service lines across the facility. This onsite role focuses on building relationships with physicians, EAPs, and other referral sources while promoting the center’s programs and capabilities.

You will maintain CRM records, develop quarterly marketing plans, and collaborate with Admissions and clinical teams to streamline referrals and admissions, while flexible hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Two or more years in healthcare business development/marketing role preferred.
• Strong understanding of local market and referral base.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care of clients, physicians/licensed practitioners, and allied health professionals.
• Documents every contact in the CRM system and keeps account information updated.
• Develops and maintains new account relationships and markets; targets and creates new strategies for increasing business in competitive markets.
