Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in addiction services; master’s can substitute one year.
• Knowledge of Strategic Prevention Framework concepts and community delivery.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and prevention billing structures.
• Experience with community engagement and public speaking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of prevention programs; supervise staff and partners.
• Ensure grant deliverables, budgets, and reporting are completed on time.
• Track data, perform needs assessments, and conduct curriculum fidelity reviews.
• Prepare reports and maintain program quality improvement data.
• Develop community partnerships to expand prevention services.
• Assist with grant applications, policy development, and MOUs.
• Represent CPH to the community and boards on prevention initiatives.
• Work with ICS/public health response teams as needed.
