Short Description
Cooper University Health Care (CUHC) seeks an academic addiction medicine physician to join our growing division. Our interdisciplinary program provides inpatient and outpatient care for substance use disorders through various services including hospital consultation, inpatient detoxification, residential programs, emergency department and hospital bridge programs, community paramedicine, jail transition care, outpatient clinics, perinatal SUD programs, dual diagnosis psychiatric and addiction care, and integrated infectious disease care. We also run clinical innovation, education, and research programs. The candidate should have a strong desire to shape SUD care delivery, experience with urban underserved populations, and harm reduction. This physician reports to the division head and holds an academic appointment at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.
