Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner in Agawam, MA to support adult Substance Use Disorder treatment. The role requires providing client-centered medical care across residential and detox levels while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

With a focus on helping individuals achieve lasting recovery, the position offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation starting at $80.00 per hour based on experience. Ideal candidates will have an active Massachusetts NP license and two or more years in Addiction Medicine.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Addiction Medicine, Behavioral Health, or related settings.
• Experience working within interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Ability to work effectively in residential and/or detoxification settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations.
• Manage acute medical concerns and develop discharge plans.
• Coordinate care with psychiatry and primary care providers.
• Document within the electronic health record while maintaining compliance.
• Evaluate and manage Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
