The ideal candidate will provide client-centered medical care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients in their recovery journey. A valid Massachusetts license is required along with at least 2 years in Addiction Medicine or related fields. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $155,000 with full benefits.
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in Addiction Medicine, Behavioral Health, or related acute/primary care with SUD exposure.
Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration; comfort in residential/detox settings.
Familiarity with medication prior authorization and cost-containment.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive H&Ps and ongoing medical evaluations.
Manage acute issues/sick calls and develop transition plans.
Provide medical support for adult residential and detox programs.
Document in the EHR in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to program improvements.
