Steadfast Health in Shaker Heights, OH seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to lead in evidence-based addiction medicine. You’ll work with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive OBAT/MOUD care with a patient-first approach.

Position offers CME funding, mentorship, leadership paths, and a sustainable work environment. No nights or weekends; daily team huddle; panel management to ~80–100 patients.

Formación

• NP/PA credentialed provider with 2+ years of outpatient practice.
• Specialized in substance use disorder treatment and care coordination.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across clinical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and manage SUDs and comorbidities within an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and peers to deliver coordinated care.
• Provide patient-centered counseling and adherence support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of addiction treatment advancements.

Conocimientos

NP (FNP/AGNP/PMHNP) or PA-C

2+ years clinical experience

SUD treatment experience

Team collaboration & communication

Educación

NP or PA with relevant specialization
