Steadfast Health seeks an experienced APP to practice at the top of their license in an addiction medicine model. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and peers to deliver coordinated care with MA support and CME funding.

This is a full-time, on-site role at 11201 Shaker Blvd, with a salary between $130,000 and $145,000 and a 5% monthly performance bonus. The team emphasizes a patient-centered, low-barrier approach, mentorship, leadership pathways, and a sustainable work environment

Competenze

NP/PA-C with a minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience as a provider.
Comprehensive medical/psychiatric evaluation & management experience in SUD treatment, outpatient setting preferred.
Ability to independently manage a full patient panel.
Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.

Mansioni

Diagnose and manage SUDs and comorbidities.
Collaborate with clinic team to formulate and execute patient care plans.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered advocacy using Motivational Interviewing.
Utilize up-to-date SUD therapies with guidance from addiction experts.
Pioneer access improvements for disadvantaged populations.
Create a warm, welcoming environment and build trust with patients and communities.
Adapt to diverse patient needs with a proactive attitude.
Stay informed on medical advancements and maintain lifelong learning.
Provide cross-coverage for inpatient APPs when needed.
