Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the SUD field.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Maryland licensure: ADT/CSC-AD/CAC-AD.
• Knowledge of recovery modalities (e.g., SMART, 12‑Step).
• Commitment to patient care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Develops a treatment alliance with patients that is mutual, collaborative, and individualized.
• Facilitates addiction treatment groups in IOP and OP levels of care.
• Prepares addiction/recovery education presentations for patients.
• Engages in case management, including assessments and discharge planning.
• Maintains timely documentation that meets CARF standards.
• Provides direct patient care up to 55% of weekly hours.
• Coordinates care with referral sources and other providers.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and professional development.
