Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking an Addiction Counselor in Baltimore, MD. The role supports patients through IOP and OP levels, develops treatment alliances, and facilitates groups while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include at least 2 years in the SUD field, strong clinical and communication skills, and Maryland credentials (ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD) are preferred. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the SUD field; group treatment preferred
• Strong clinical, verbal, and writing skills; engaging with patients
• License/credentials in Maryland preferred (ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD)
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing and CBT preferred
• Comfort working in an inter-disciplinary treatment team

Responsabilidades

• Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm schedule.
• Develops treatment alliances with patients, meeting changing clinical needs.
• Facilitates addiction treatment groups in IOP and OP levels of care.
• Prepares and presents addiction/recovery education to patients.
• Engages in case management and discharge planning with referrals.
