Job summary

OHSU seeks an experienced Addiction Program Manager to lead and manage clinical and research projects across IMPACT and HRBR, partnering with division leadership to ensure compliance and effective operations.

The role focuses on program management, budgeting, contracts, and collaboration with payers and partners to drive care redesign and outcomes. A Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration/management required.
• 5 years of project management/administration experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMPACT and HRBR program operations and staff scheduling across multiple sites.
• Develop budgets, scopes of work, and contracts for new grants and programs.
• Coordinate with division leadership, payers, and external partners to align strategy and finances.
• Oversee reporting, evaluation, and compliance for grants and programs.
