Job summary

AlTi Global is seeking a Data Operations and Reporting Associate to join the Client Operations department in New York. The role focuses on how data is captured, maintained, and made accessible, supporting the broader data operations function and related workflows. Occasional travel to the Delaware office is expected.

The team aims to map data flows, deliver insights, and maintain data quality through governance and strong controls, building a single source of truth for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–6 years’ experience in wealth management, financial services, operations, or data-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Addepar systems relating to performance reporting and client relationship management.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality management principles.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Desire to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of the Data Operations function to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Assist in monitoring and resolving data integrity issues, including escalation items for advisors and clients
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and reduce manual workflows across the business
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Platform teams to improve data workflows and user experience
• Contribute to the development of a center of excellence for reporting, modeling, and analytics
• Support data governance, security, and control frameworks to ensure high data quality standards
• Assist in new product development initiatives and evaluation of tools or technologies to improve reporting and data access
• Prepare materials and analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support internal and client-facing initiatives
