Job summary

AlTi Tiedemann Global, a NASDAQ-listed global wealth and investment advisory firm, seeks a Data Operations and Reporting Analyst in New York to join the Client Operations team. The role focuses on data capture, governance, reporting, and turning data into a single source of truth.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Platform teams, support SOX compliance, automate data processes, and prepare materials using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–6 years’ experience within wealth management, financial services, operations, or data-related roles
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Understanding of data governance and data quality management
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation
• Desire to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of the Data Operations function to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Assist in monitoring and resolving data integrity issues, including escalation items for advisors and clients
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and reduce manual workflows across the business
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Platform teams to improve data workflows and user experience
• Contribute to the development of a center of excellence for reporting, modeling, and analytics
• Support data governance, security, and control frameworks to ensure high data quality standards
• Assist in new product development initiatives and evaluation of tools or technologies to improve reporting and data access
• Prepare materials and analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support internal and client-facing initiatives
