Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking an Addepar Analyst, Family Office Client Services & Reporting to join our Capital Partners team. You will deliver consolidated reporting to high-net-worth clients and family offices, work with Relationship Managers and third-party advisors, and ensure timely, accurate reports in Addepar.

The ideal candidate has Addepar expertise, strong technical and interpersonal skills, and communicates clearly.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience; Addepar experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced charting and multi-sheet analysis.
• Strong knowledge of performance and financial reporting.
• Experience with private investments (private equity, VC, private real estate).
• Ability to analyze monthly performance returns and market value changes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with front office on client reporting.
• Become Addepar expert and primary contact for issue escalation.
• Understand client relationships and reporting accuracy.
• Configure Addepar reporting with end users and resolve issues.
• Run monthly and quarterly reporting for high-net-worth clients and family offices.
• Update asset classification and security pricing in Addepar.
• Reconcile accounts with internal performance teams in Addepar.
• Report on internal and external private investments.
• Collaborate with internal groups to integrate systems and workflows.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Work with various parts of the organization to resolve client issues.
• Handle complex data sets to resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
