Performance Driven Workforce is hiring Full Time Operational Support Drivers in Milford, MI to support Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) testing for a leading automotive Tier 1 supplier. This role involves structured training, long driving sessions, and daily data-entry tasks in a safety-critical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of US driving experience.
• Comfortable using laptops and in-vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype and pre-production vehicles on public roads and designated routes.
• Test ADAS under real-world conditions.
• Operate in-vehicle data collection computers and laptops.
• Log driving activity and observations accurately.
• Follow safety, documentation, and test procedures.
