Performance Driven Workforce in Warren, MI is seeking hardworking individuals for full-time Operational Support Driver roles to support ADAS testing for a leading automotive Tier 1 supplier. You will drive prototype vehicles on public roads, collect data, and log observations following strict procedures.

The position requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid US driver’s license with a clean record, plus at least 3 years of driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of U.S. driving experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Comfortable using laptops and in-vehicle data systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype and pre-production vehicles on public roads and designated routes.
• Test Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) under real-world conditions.
• Operate in-vehicle data collection computers and laptops.
• Start/stop recordings, monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Accurately log driving activity and observations.
• Follow strict safety, documentation, and test procedures.
• Complete pre- and post-drive documentation and vehicle checks.
