Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is hiring Full-Time Operational Support Drivers in Fountain, CO. This role focuses on supporting ADAS and autonomous vehicle testing for a Tier 1 supplier. Training is provided, with AM and PM shifts, and daily data-entry duties as part of the job.

Successful candidates will work in a safety-critical environment and must meet basic driving and tech requirements. The position emphasizes structured training, extended driving sessions, and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of US driving experience.
• Comfortable using laptops and in-vehicle systems.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype and pre-production vehicles on public roads and designated routes.
• Test ADAS under real-world conditions.
• Operate in-vehicle data collection computers and laptops.
• Log driving activity and observations accurately.
• Follow safety and test procedures; complete pre/post-drive checks.
