Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a systems test engineer to build desktop or HIL playback environments. You will use real-scenario sensor data to run algorithm variations and generate KPIs, and you will also simulate sensors on a bench to support validation.

You will collaborate with algorithm developers on testing, performing root-cause analysis of anomalies, and shaping test cases for ADAS-style sensors, including ultrasonic modules.

Qualifications

• Expertise in desktop or HIL playback environments for testing and validation.
• Experience in creating and using simulation hardware.
• Proficient in scripting languages and automation tools for repeatable testing processes.
• Ability to design comprehensive test cases that cover a range of scenarios and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain desktop or HIL playback environments for test and validation workflows.
• Develop and integrate simulated sensors for bench testing to generate data and KPIs.
• Collaborate with algorithm developers to test and refine AI/ML or ADAS algorithms.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering multiple scenarios and conditions.
