Job summary

Performance Driven Workforce is hiring Full-Time Operational Support Drivers in Portland, OR to support ADAS testing for an automotive Tier 1 supplier. The role emphasizes focused driving, data collection, and safety in a structured training program.

Training includes 1 week in classroom and 1–2 weeks hands-on in-vehicle training. Shifts are AM 6:00–2:30 and PM 2:00–10:30, with weekend availability. The position pays $22.00/hour and requires a high school diploma and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of U.S. driving experience.
• Comfortable using laptops and in-vehicle systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience with computers or electronics.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, or Linux.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype and pre-production vehicles on public roads and designated routes.
• Test ADAS under real-world conditions and log observations accurately.
• Operate in-vehicle data collection computers and laptops.
• Start/stop recordings and monitor system health during tests.
• Complete pre- and post-drive documentation and vehicle checks.
