Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• 2+ years' experience with ADAS and sensors.
• Experience defining evaluation methods and KPIs for system validation.
• Experience vehicle evaluations on public roads and closed courses with data analysis.
• Experience using CAN and related tools to monitor vehicle data.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting data acquisition systems and developing analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally; overtime as needed.
• Valid motor vehicle record; driving responsibilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation activities for ADAS and validate performance with stakeholders.
• Conduct hands-on vehicle evaluations on closed courses, roads, and simulations.
• Configure, modify, and troubleshoot test vehicles, sensors, and DAQ systems.
• Develop standardized evaluation processes, KPIs, and validation protocols.
• Translate customer feedback and market trends into vehicle performance recommendations.
• Create reports and visualizations translating data into insights for stakeholders.
• Develop software tools to improve testing automation and data analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing data-driven enhancements.
• Foster partnerships across engineering teams and suppliers to maximize tech impact.
