Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a diligent project management professional to support Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) software development for the ADAS ECU. You will partner with stakeholders to define and deliver major initiatives across Ford, influence alignment, and apply technical planning for software and tooling delivery.

The role emphasizes leading teams with agile practices, tracking milestones and risks, and communicating status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical/Aerospace or Controls Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in SW Program Management in an embedded software discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience using JIRA for product development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, prioritize, and deliver major ADAS software initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations.
• Influence stakeholders to align on prioritized initiatives across the product development organization.
• Lead planning and execution for ADAS software and tooling development with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop roadmaps, schedules, and resourcing to meet commitments across customer constituencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Systems, Software, Suppliers, V&V, and Quality to ensure on-time, high-quality SW delivery.
• Communicate project status to leadership through updates via wiki, Jira, Teams, and email.
