Ford Motor Company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise‑scale CI/CD platforms for ADAS software in a hybrid on‑site setting in Dearborn, MI. You will develop GitHub Actions workflows for C/C++, Python and multi‑language pipelines, and support Bazel builds with performance and CI integration.

You’ll automate infrastructure with Terraform, manage Docker containers, coordinate with software teams, and enforce secure, observable CI/CD practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DevOps, Platform or Infra roles.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Experience with C/C++ codebases and build tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise‑scale CI/CD platforms for ADAS software.
• Develop and optimize GitHub Actions workflows for C/C++, Python, and multi-language pipelines.
• Support Bazel-based builds, including performance, caching, and CI integration.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform.
• Build and deploy Docker containers and support Kubernetes workloads.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate CI/CD best practices into C/C++ workflows.
• Improve reliability and observability with monitoring, logging, alerts.
• Remove bottlenecks across ADAS teams in DevOps, build, infra.
• Implement secure CI/CD practices including secrets management and access controls.
