Job summary

General Motors is seeking an ADAS Software Intern to contribute to software projects supporting GM ADAS systems. Roles may include application software, mapping software, embedded software, testing, integration, or related development activities.

You will work with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to develop robust software solutions and improve reliability and efficiency of ADAS products. Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program and available full-time.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and pursuing a bachelor's or master's in computer science or a related field.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, during the internship.
• Interest in ADAS, automated driving, or automotive software systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, integrate, and test software solutions for ADAS systems.
• Write and maintain code in C, C++, Kotlin, Python, and/or Java.
• Support software development for ADAS application functionality and related components.
• Analyze software behavior and help improve reliability, performance, and efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and perform various testing.
