Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead ADAS product development, break down features into modules, and align work with the overall product roadmap. You will coordinate with VP, System, Vehicle Architecture, Product Managers, and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will monitor milestones via JIRA, prioritize tasks, manage dependencies across teams, and report progress to senior managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs and projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define breakdown structure of product features into modules for development.
• Define project goals and facilitate strategic discussions for ADAS development.
• Develop product workplan by estimating time/resources and interdependencies.
• Refine technical product roadmap based on available resources.
• Assign modules of the roadmap to teams, leveraging engineering resources.
• Monitor milestones with JIRA dashboards and track feature readiness.
• Communicate impact of scope changes to stakeholders regarding deliverables.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and incorporate them into planning.
• Monitor sprint metrics to ensure high-quality engineering output.
• Own on-time delivery of the assigned product.
