Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Technical Product Manager for its Advanced Safety Software and Systems group in Boston. You will define technical requirements with Engineering, guide roadmaps, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver differentiated automotive software solutions.

Expect collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align with customer needs. You will analyze market trends, prioritize use cases, and develop robust business cases while ensuring milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 0–5 years of product management or closely related experience, preferably in software/tech.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle systems and automotive tech stacks.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and software development principles.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements with Engineering and align with customer needs.
• Evaluate market concepts and define innovative solutions.
• Help develop and manage product roadmaps and milestones.
• Lead technical analysis to guide development and design.
• Support data-driven analyses for decisions and value propositions.
• Serve as product ownership and guide strategy within the team.
• Translate vision into detailed technical requirements and specs.
