Job summary

Woven by Toyota is seeking a Global Head of Product Delivery in Palo Alto to lead ADAS development and integration across development vehicles and test benches. You will guide experts, influence global stakeholders, and ensure safety, compliance, and performance through data-driven development.

The role requires extensive leadership in automotive systems, strong software and architecture expertise, and a track record of delivering complex ADAS projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in system engineering or related roles.
• End-to-end systems architecture and integration of ADAS into production vehicles.
• Strong software architecture and automotive systems design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering in ADAS development and software/hardware integration.
• Oversee system design and architecture for vehicle systems.
• Develop verification and validation strategies for ADAS.
• Ensure safety, compliance with industry standards and safety cases.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for ADAS systems.
• Oversee vehicle test operations and real-world validation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and product teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand ADAS capabilities and drive improvements.
• Manage multiple projects and lead a high-performing team.
