Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in automotive R&D, product development and/or project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, computer science, robotics, automotive systems engineering or comparable).

Responsibilities

• Lead ADAS function development, simulation, validation, and release activities.
• Define project scope, objectives and technical feasibility with cross functional stakeholders.
• Plan and manage team resources and coordinate with partners and suppliers.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, quality and budget; escalate as needed.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers on ADAS development.
