Job summary

Repairify Inc. is seeking a Field Technician based inside an automotive repair shop to perform diagnostic scans and calibrations, and support virtual diagnostics.

You will serve as the primary client contact within the service process and promote Repairify’s diagnostics capabilities. The role requires hands-on experience with OEM and aftermarket scan tools, knowledge of ADAS calibration across multiple makes, and the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of car dealership or aftermarket automotive technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact within the service process.
• Perform diagnostic scans and precise calibrations for ADAS.
• Utilize OEM tools and diagnostic equipment to make repair recommendations.
• Read measurements in standard and metric units.
• Document pre- and post-calibration results and prepare reports.
