Job summary

Repairify Inc. is seeking a Field Technician based inside an automotive repair shop to perform diagnostic scans and calibrations, and to assist with virtual scans.

You will consult with the shop and promote Repairify’s diagnostics and calibrations services. Responsibilities include using OEM tools to calibrate ADAS across multiple makes, documenting pre- and post-calibration results, reading measurements in metric and standard units, and explaining findings to customers or shop staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dealership or aftermarket repair facility experience.
• OEM/aftermarket scan tool experience required.
• Knowledge of faults, error messages and modules in automotive systems.
• General automotive electrical and mechanical diagnosis experience.
• Current valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact when needed within the service process.
• Promote diagnostics and calibrations at assigned shop.
• Perform precise ADAS calibrations across most vehicle makes and models using OEM tools.
• Document calibration results and prepare customer reports.
• Read measurements in both metric and standard units.
