Job summary

Repairify, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician based in an automotive repair shop to perform diagnostic scans and calibrations, including support for virtual diagnostics. You will consult with shops to promote Repairify diagnostics and calibrations.

You will use OEM tools to calibrate ADAS across various makes, prepare reports, document measurements, and explain technical findings to non-mechanics. Travel within the assigned area is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years automotive diagnostics experience or repair facility background.
• OEM scan tool and/or aftermarket scan tool experience.
• Knowledge of fault identification and vehicle modules.
• Understanding of automotive electrical diagnosis and repair basics.
• Familiarity with ADAS concepts and abbreviations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact within the service process.
• Perform precise calibrations for ADAS across multiple makes/models.
• Use OEM and aftermarket tools to diagnose and recommend repairs/calibrations.
• Document pre/post calibration measurements and prepare customer reports.
• Explain technical diagnoses to non-mechanical customers.
