Job summary

Repairify Inc. is seeking a Field Technician based in a repair shop in Plano, TX to perform diagnostic scans, calibrations, and assist with virtual diagnostics, promoting our calibration services.

You will work with OEM and aftermarket tools, handle ADAS calibrations across various makes, communicate findings to shop staff, and support continuous learning in this rapidly evolving automotive technology.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of car dealership or aftermarket automotive technician experience.
• Experience with OEM and aftermarket scan tools.
• Ability to identify faults and interpret error messages.
• Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic and repair skills.
• Good understanding of automotive industry acronyms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact as needed within the service process.
• Perform ADAS calibrations and diagnostics using OEM tools.
• Promote diagnostics and calibrations at assigned shop.
• Prepare pre/post calibration documentation and reports for customers.
• Collaborate with other technicians on diagnostic test plans.
