Job summary

Bosch USA seeks an experienced engineer to own ADAS calibration across radar and camera systems. You will collaborate with software developers, calibration engineers, and project managers to deliver customer-specific solutions for next-generation ADAS technologies.

The role requires hands-on vehicle testing, strong analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Occasional travel and cross-functional teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or foreign equivalent) required.
• 3+ years in systems or requirements engineering and release processes within automotive applications.
• 3+ years using calibration tools for embedded software/controls.
• Hands-on experience using Vector CANape for embedded system calibration.
• Strong English verbal and written communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle testing, system integration, validation, and requirements engineering for radar- and camera-based ADAS functions.
• Lead radar and camera integration activities; debug using CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, and MATLAB.
• Conduct bench and vehicle testing on public roads and test tracks.
• Calibrate radar and camera sensor algorithms in vehicle and bench environments to meet targets.
• Support feature development with emphasis on integration and system-level behavior.
• Participate in feature reviews, focusing on performance, robustness, and interface alignment.
• Represent Bosch in technical discussions with OEMs; prepare and deliver presentations.
