Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a driven Application/Calibration Engineer to lead radar and camera-based ADAS integration and testing across vehicle platforms. You will collaborate with software developers, project managers, and engineers to deliver customer-specific ADAS solutions and ensure system-level performance.

The role requires hands-on calibration, testing on public roads, and strong communication skills in English. Occasional travel and collaboration with global teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or foreign equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 3+ years of experience in systems or requirements engineering and release processes in automotive applications.
• 3+ years of experience using calibration tools for embedded software/controls.
• Knowledge of driver assistance sensors and functions and ADAS technologies.
• Hands-on experience using Vector CANape for embedded system calibration.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle testing, system integration, application, validation, and requirements engineering for radar and camera-based ADAS functions.
• Lead radar and camera integration activities, including debugging with automotive tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, MATLAB).
• Conduct bench and vehicle testing on public roads and test tracks.
• Calibrate radar and camera sensor algorithms in-vehicle and in simulation/bench environments.
• Support feature development with emphasis on integration and system-level behavior.
• Participate in feature reviews focusing on system performance and interface alignment.
