Responsibilities

• Rotate between the teller line and the customer service desk.
• Provide superior customer service experiences.
• Perform routine banking transactions (deposits, checks, payments, etc.).
• Open Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Assist clients with online and mobile banking services, debit cards, and account maintenance.
• Contribute to sales and referral goals by identifying opportunities.
